Patients visiting ChiroLife Family Wellness for the first time can expect to be treated like family. We understand that it can be a little stressful going to a new doctor’s office without knowing what to expect. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and are here to answer any questions that you may have.

Before your first visit, we encourage patients to download and fill out our new patient forms.  The more information that you provide, the more we will be able to help you reach your health goals.

What to expect on Your First Visit

During your first visit, Dr. Adams will conduct a thorough health history of your current and past challenges to determine if Chiropractic is right for you. If you are indeed a candidate for Chiropractic care then Dr. Adams will move on to the examination. 

Dr. Adams will perform a spinal exam which includes a series of movements, postural assessment, neurological and orthopedic tests to detect areas of concern and stress.

X-rays may be requested to gain even greater understanding of your past health history and current challenges. Most of our pediatric patients do not require x-rays to be taken.

Your Second Visit

If x-rays were taken, Dr. Adams will go over all the details of your x-ray.  She will go over what normal x-rays should look like and then walk you through your x-ray findings.

Lastly, Dr. Adams will go over your specific treatment plan in detail.  Our treatment plans consist of 3 phases: Relief Care, Corrective/Restorative Care and Wellness Care. Dr. Adams will also walk you through the financial details of your plan.  If you decide to start your journey with us, then you will get your first adjustment! Dr. Adams will talk you through, step by step, what an adjustment will be like and answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
